Our overarching vision is for all Mayflower High School students to be nurtured within an environment which is positive and safe. An environment which allows all students to achieve success regardless of their background.

In order to achieve these ends, all members of the Mayflower community adhere to a simple set of values: Be Respectful, Be a Learner, Be Safe.

 

It is this simple philosophy which allows our students to develop key attributes; resilience, responsibility, leadership and initiative which will aid them in their journey both within and beyond Mayflower.

This vision is supported by a broad and balanced curriculum offer, which has at its heart, the intent of inspiring our students to be lifelong learners and to contribute to all areas of the community, both local, national and globally.
