We are looking to appoint a Science Technician to join a friendly and enthusiastic team who service a suite of 11 laboratories covering Years 7-13. Previous experience as a Science Technician in school and a recognised qualification are desirable but not essential as training will be given. Working days and times to be negotiated at interview, we are able to offer hours that will fit the successful candidate’s availability around their commitments.

We are looking for a conscientious and self-motivated individual to join our Premises team. Reliability and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential for the post, as are proven maintenance skills. Candidates must be willing to undertake a wide range of tasks including general maintenance, cleaning and portering. Candidates will be required to work a shift system to cover early mornings, late evenings and some Saturdays/Sundays on a weekly rota. Candidates must also be able to work additional hours as required, for which extra payment will be made. Use of own vehicle is required.

Benefits include five weeks paid leave plus eight days public holidays and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
